Campus and Library tours, IT support - all day

Campus Tours

Get to know the campus with a one hour tour beginning at the Welcome Info Point in the Richard Hoggart Building (RHB) reception at 10am, 11, 12pm, 1, 2, 3 or 4.

Library Tours

Find out how to use the library in one of their essential tours.  Meet at the library reception at 10am, 11, 12pm, 1, 2, 3 or 4.

IT Support

The IT&IS Service Desk on the 1st floor of the Library (Rutherford Building) is open 9am-10pm to help with any email, Wi-Fi, or IT problems.

Students' Union Welcome Fair - 11am-5pm

The Welcome Fair is an opportunity to scope out what is on offer at the Goldsmiths Students’ Union and see what communities, societies, sports and activities you can get involved with during your time at Goldsmiths.

Day trip to Bicester Village - £5

Academic writing workshop - 12-1.15pm

What kind of writing is expected in your university coursework? Come and find out by looking at a sample, (amongst other activities) in this workshop. This will help you get familiar with academic writing well in advance of any deadlines.

Students' Union events on College Green - 12.30-4.30pm

Goldsmiths Students' Union are running sports taster events on the College Green:

12.30-1pm - Cycling with Club Pulse
1-3pm - Tennis with the Tennis Club
2-4pm - Salsa Classes with the Salsa Club
4-4.30pm - Socarobics with Club Pulse

PGR students: PhD Migration Research Group drinks - 4-5pm

Introductory Meeting and Drinks with PhD Migration Research Group

Their reading group is a student-led space for the articulation of different approaches, concepts and ideas from PhD students working on migration across different departments at Goldsmiths.

Students' Union presents Wired Wednesdays - 10pm-3am

BBC Radio 1 DJ Phil Taggart is headlining Goldsmiths Students' Union's Wired Wednesday during Welcome Week.

Wired Wednesday a Goldsmiths SU club night launched in collaboration with our student station, Wired Radio.
