Before you make an application
Before you can apply for accommodation for your Study Abroad/Erasmus+ programme, you must have formally been made and accepted an offer to study here.
Once you have accepted your offer, you will be given an 8 digit student number that you can use to apply.
Accommodation is guaranteed for Study Abroad and Erasmus+ students who submit their application by the following deadlines:

How to apply
To apply for accommodation you will need to register and create an account online. You will need your 8 digit student number. Once you have created an account, you will be able to login and complete the online application form.
Where you can live
If you're studying for less than a full year (ie one term) you'll usually be housed in Loring Hall. If you're studying for a full year then you can choose from a list of undergraduate accommodation options.
Fees for Loring Hall
Fees for Loring Hall will vary depending on whether you're studying for one or two terms.
Autumn Term only (22 September 2017 to 17 December 2017 - 86 nights):
Weekly rent (2017-18): £192.47-£205.94
Spring Term only (3 January 2018 to 24 June 2018 - 172 nights):
Weekly rent (2017-18): £171.32-£178.27
Full year (22 September to 24 June - 275 nights)
Autumn 2017 check-in and check-out dates
International Arrival and Accommodation move in: Move in on Friday 22 September 2017.
Accommodation Departure: Move out will be Monday 18th December 2017.
Spring 2018 check-in and check-out dates
International Arrival and Accommodation move in: Move in on 3 January 2018
Accommodation Departure: Move out by 10am on 24 June 2018
Please note that departure dates for students studying faculty-led or hybrid programmes will be much earlier.
